I have been training with these guys and gals for three years now and have loved every minute of it. Our instructors and students are some of the most dedicated people i've ever met (trust me, i turned 50 in march, i've met a lot of people). There are classes throughout scotland with varying times and days and venues. The hardest part is stepping through the door for the first time, after that, it feels like home. IF YOU DON'T TRY, YOU'LL NEVER KNOW.
TDKM enabled me to achieve a relatively high level of fitness in a short period of time. Alongside learning valuable self-defence skills I've became part of an amazing group of like minded people. I would highly recommend TDKM to anyone regardless of where their current fitness levels are at.
At Tactical Defence Krav Maga you are well looked after by an experienced team of instructors who are extremely passionate about what they do. Classes are held in various locations throughout the week which is great as you can attend as many of the classes as you please! It’s amazing what you can achieve and how rewarding it is, after a couple of months training you really start to see the results. Tactical Defence Krav Maga is a way of life.The pleasure and total joy to train with the best and very well trained professional instructors is what I look forward to every week. I love that survival combat life skills, whether it's a choke from behind or a grab on the wrists are taught. I have gained a confidence,that I would have a chance if a situation came up in my life that I would be able to handle myself. You can't buy that! Every day possibilities are taught and then practiced so to become sharp enough in combat skills ,increasing fitness , grow in confidence and make good friends. I happily say that Tactical Defence Krav Maga has made and continues to make a huge impact on my life. My body and brain needs this stuff!
Each session has something new to learn. Also old techniques are revised and perfected as well. Realistic and very effective techniques and combos taught to get out of dangerous situations. Great high intensity workouts to improve the cardiovascular system! Most importantly the sessions are very enjoyable and fun.
