This entry level course will begin on Tuesday 13th of August 7-8.30pm at Urban Fit Gym in Greenock.

4 Week course learning the fundamentals of self defence.

This class is perfect for those that want to find out more about Krav Maga and its benefits of self defence and to fitness, while getting to try it in an inclusive and welcoming environment for all.
